Apparently her guardian isn’t her biological mom and she only chose to invest in the child because her native doctor told her that the child had a bright star. With the constant failures, she gave up and abandoned the child the moment she heard she was dyslexic.
Celine became the school’s property. Frank worked on her so well and decided to even adopt her legally. Celine later became one of the country’s best selling authors (helping other children and the wards diagnose dyslexia early and cope with it).
