An SS2 student who constantly debates with her lesson/subject teachers; always has low grades and never allows her fellow students to bully her. They keep changing the teachers hoping that she will get better, all to no avail.
Then they hire Frank who is able to quickly discover that Ebube has dyslexia and focuses on helping her to cope with it. He has one on one sessions with her, develops different cognitive reading and learning strategies that will help her study and assimilate.
Apparently her guardian isn’t her biological mom and she only chose to invest in the child because her native doctor told her that the child had a bright star. With the constant failures, she gave up and abandoned the child the moment she heard she was dyslexic.
Celine became the school’s property. Frank worked on her so well and decided to even adopt her legally. Celine later became one of the country’s best selling authors (helping other children and the wards diagnose dyslexia early and cope with it).
